Hotseat doesn’t rely on employees remembering to get up and move. It nudges them to do so using one of their favorite accessories: their smartphone. That means employees don’t need to be at their desk, or even have a desk, to benefit.

Employees set their preferred activities and then outsource the exercise scheduling to Hotseat. Hotseat reviews their calendar availability and slots a series of two-minute activity breaks into their day. When it’s time for a break, Hotseat sends a gentle but persistent reminder to get up and go.
