Here’s something we can get behind! The footwear company Keen wants the world to take a 10-minute activity break this Friday, September 14.

Keen is challenging everyone worldwide to get out and move for just 10 minutes. In return for taking a worldwide recess break, they’ll give away a prize every hour. All you have to do is take a photo while you’re out playing and upload it to Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag “#Take10.”
